About the Opportunity

 

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Training Lead to help support a government customer on a cyber security program.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and support a Cyber Security (CS) training and awareness program.
  • Administer managed CS training, to include the annual and refresher DOD mandatory Cyber Awareness training per DoD 8500.1, development and delivery of presentations during all-hands meetings.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of briefings related to current events such as phishing, system intrusion, and credit card skimming.
  • Coordinate with the training system program manager, developers, and service desk to ensure user compliance, data integrity, and timely and accurate event reporting to management.
  • Required to utilize and become subject matter experts for training systems such as iCompass, Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO).
  • Develop and administer a On-Boarding Training for all new members newly assigned
  • Responsible for ensuring the training program encompasses the training requirements of most if not all members.

 

 

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • BS or coursework in training and education
  • 5 years minimum of demonstrated experience conducting classroom instruction, developing training procedures and processes, and lesson plans 

 

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the DOD information network and boundaries
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing a training program
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of DOD cyber security awareness training programs
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Demonstrated mastery of spoken and written communication
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Has customer service experience/skills.
  • DOD 8140 IAT Level II (Security +)
  • Successful experience managing a program to provide support for annual and refresher DOD Cyber Awareness Mandatory training
  • Practical experience developing and implementing web-based cyber training
  • Successful experience coordinating an Annual Cyber Security Awareness Day (or similar program) for an organization of similar scale
  • Practical experience developing and implementing variety of cyber communication approaches (i.e. newsletters, flyers, etc.)
  • Demonstrated practical experience managing a DOD 8570.01 compliance program
