    Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Project Lead to help support a government customer on a cyber security program.



    Duties and Responsibilities:   

    • Responsible for implementing and overseeing the organization’s information technology system security Assessment & Authorization activities.
    • Perform a comprehensive assessment of the management to determine the extent to which the controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the security requirement for the system.
    • Prepare certification packages, preparing risk management recommendations, and implementing continuous monitoring programs, which include tracking plan of actions and milestones.
    • Ensures security controls are continuously monitored and reaccreditations occur periodically or whenever there is a significant change to the system or its operation environment.






    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 12+ experience of cyber security area; 8 years of experience in Assessment and Authorization
    • 3 years of security control assessor/ validator experience
    • 5 years of project management work experience




    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Proficient with RMF process, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253
    • Be able to lead the project team to obtain new JSP system authorization through leadership, mentorship, technical expertise, and guidance on authorization process.
    • Develop A&A policies, procedures, and plan to establish the A&A process.
    • Help customers to understand the authorization process, and update/modify A&A procedures as necessary.
    • Streamline the A&A process to make the process easy to follow but cover all concerned security aspects.
    • Be able to provide security assessment report that cover risks that AO should be aware of and mitigated risk with residual risks remain.
    • 8570.01-M IAM level 2 Certification (CISSP, CISM, CASP)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)

    Desired Skills/Certifications:

    • Demonstrated planning and scheduling expertise.
    • Practical experience developing A&A artifacts and obtaining systems authorization
    • Successful experience as an information systems security officer (ISSO) in a DOD organization
    • Fundamental understanding of the impacts of security control implementation and alternative methods/approaches to mitigating cyber risk when required controls are not feasible.
    • 8570.01-M IAM level 2 Certification (CISSP, CISM, CASP)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)

    Clearance Requirement: TS and DIA adjudicated SCI eligible
