    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management Inc. (DMI) is seeking a Service Strategy Manager who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of managed services across a large IT infrastructure environment (LAN/WAN, server infrastructure) , to include -  Portfolio Management, Financial, Business Relationship support, and Demand Management. Candidate must be able to stand up and support execution of ITIL-based processes within a managed services environment.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:   

    • support for all new services to be on-boarded through a portfolio management process
    • Coordination with customer to discuss onboarding of additional customers and/or additional services
    • Tracking financial costs to customer based on upon service and business unit
    • Identification of patterns of business activity to support team in ensuring necessary system availability

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • 10+ years relevant experience within an IT environment. BS/BA.

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • ITILv3 Intermediate certification.
