Responsibilities

 

About the Opportunity

Digital Management Inc. (DMI) is seeking a Service Design Manager  who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of managed services across a large IT infrastructure environment (LAN/WAN, server infrastructure) to includes responsibility for Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security and Supplier Management.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate is also responsible for the development and upkeep of the Service Catalogue that contains all details, status, possible interactions and mutual dependencies of all present, proactive and future services.
    • This includes coordination with customers/stakeholders and developers to understand schedule for transition of services from pipeline to production.

  •  In addiction, the candidate is responsible for coordination of all steps required to resolve any potential capacity and availability issues within the managed services environments

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • 10+ years relevant experience within an IT environment.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • ITILv3 Intermediate certification.
