    Digital Management Inc (DMI) is seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for providing program management support for a managed services contract, across a large IT infrastructure environment (LAN/WAN, server infrastructure) . Includes management of multiple task orders, scheduling, resource management and SLA management.

     

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:   

    The program manager is responsible for performing the following tasks:

     

    • Managing day to day project activities within an integrated master schedule
    • Execution of day to day infrastructure operations
    • Overseeing risk/issue management
    • Implementing all projects within a standardized life-cycle process
    • Financial oversight of contract
    • Quality/SLA management across all task orders
    • Supporting service improvement initiatives, to include acting as a trusted advisor to customer
    • Ensuring performance is within scope, and delivered on time and within budget

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • BS/BA with at least 10 years of relevant experience
    • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management preferred

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    •  PMP required
    • ITIL v3 Foundations

     

    Desired Skills/Certifications: 

    • ITIL Intermediate preferred
