Responsibilities

About the Opportunity 

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist (Senior).

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Answer Phone and email
  • Create and monitor service desk tickets
  • Resolve minor incidents and provide help to customers with simple requests
  • Mentor entry level helpdesk members
  • Contribute articles to the knowledge management database
  • Support desktop technicians

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • HS 4-5 Years 

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • DoD 8570 certified within 6 months of starting

Additional Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance
