About the Opportunity 

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is looking for a Hardware Engineer (JRY).


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs personal computers and peripherals
  • Develops and implements preventative maintenance procedures for personal computers including virus protection.
  • Provides training in the proper use of company standard software packages
  • Provides second-tier support for the Support Center.
  • Resolve assigned tickets within service windows and update information in the system to completely describe ticket resolution.
  • Work on special projects and other assigned tasks as appropriate


Education and Years of Experience: 

  • BS 0-2 Years or HS 6-8

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • DoD 8570 certified within 6 months of starting

 Additional Requirements:

  • Secret SSBI/T5 Clearance

Physical Requirement(s): Ability to transfer PC's and peripherals around the facility
