About the Opportunity
Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Managed Services Group tier 1 service desk. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answering support calls
  • Opening tickets for these calls
  • Basic mobility troubleshooting such as email setup & password updates, Install mobile applications, and Wi-Fi setup


Education and Years of Experience:

  • High School Graduate 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with mobile devices and troubleshooting (including Android, iOS, Windows, Blackberry)
  • Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast paced work environment

Additional Requirements: Shifts include evening hours, weekends, and holidays (12 PM – 9 PM)

Location: Lincolnshire, IL

Physical Requirements: N/A

Travel: Occasional travel (less than 25%) within the continental United States
