About the Opportunity
DMI is looking for a Procurement Services Representative to join the Managed Services Group. The Procurement Services Representative works in coordination with both the Procurement team and the Logistics team to successfully deliver client services. The Procurement Rep is responsible for the entire lifecycle of mobility orders, including but not limited to managing order queues, placing orders within carrier systems, handling order escalations, and completing orders with required information. Orders include new activations, upgrades, ports, transfer of liabilities, feature changes, deactivations, and device swaps. The Procurement Rep will also help with the Logistics team as needed, which includes device imaging, deployments and device shipping.
