About the Opportunity

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time student to support its device provisioning team as a Shipping Associate with general packing and shipping responsibilities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive boxes from incoming freight carrier and verify box count.
  • Unpacks and examine incoming shipments, sort damaged items and record shortages.
  • Affix batteries to device sleds as required.
  • Assemble cardboard containers or select assembled containers.
  • Couple protective sleds to devices as required.
  • Insert devices into containers, using spacers, fillers and protective padding.
  • Bind containers with tape gun.
  • Verify shipping information and affix shipping labels on packed cartons.
  • Scan container and close shipping record in inventory system.
  • Stages outgoing shipping containers for pick up by freight carrier.
  • May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or performing quality checks of inventory as required.   


Location: Lincolnshire, IL


Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
