About the Opportunity

DMI is looking for a Middleware Admin to support our customer in Michigan.


Just want to ensure we are clear on the requirement.


We need this SME for one of the anticipated project’s next year to upgrade Service manager 9.3 version to Service manager 9.5 (With Development Back Ground)) and UCMDB upgrade to the latest 10.2. So we are looking for 10+ years of experience at least to address the requirement from Loch bridge.


HP Service Manager and UCMDB Consultant / Developer

Must have skills & experience:

  • Expertise in HP Service Manager and HP Service Center tailoring and customization
  • Implementation and Administration of HP Service Manager 9.3/9.4/9.5
  • Technical solution design for SC / SM modules
  • Customization and Tailoring experience of Service Desk, Incident Management and Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog
  • Experience in Java Scripting and Web services
  • Experience in designing Training Plan and Documentation for the Modules
  • Develop and Execute Test Plans and Implementation Plans
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical background and good interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner and excellent team player, ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Coordination with other departments to fulfill their requests.
  • Knowledge in Administering HP configuration management tools: UCMDB (Version 10 and Above), Discovery (DDMa, DDMi, UD) and associated tools such as Configuration Manager and UCMDB Browser.
  • Intermediate skills document modeling standards; develop models according to standards.
  • Understanding of UCMDB application views and perspectives to support report creation and data presentation.
  • Knowledge in Configure and activate integrations among HP and non-HP tools as they relate to configuration management.
  • Intermediate skills TQL query development skills



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or equivalent experience
