DMI is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, to be based out of Aurbun Hills, Michigan



Job Description:

Connected Vehicle Operations Data Analyst – We are looking for a self-starter, results oriented and customer focused professional with excellent communication and problem solving skills.  This person will have the desire and ability to learn new tools on the go and perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines.  The candidate will have working knowledge and background (preferably) of a telematics program at a major OEM.  With expert knowledge in database communication language SQL and programming language (JAVA), this person will work with internal as well as external cross functional teams including operations, engineering, product planning, forecasting, finance,  to generate and automate reports such as vehicle build and sold volumes, firmware versions on vehicles to support client campaigns, and several other reports   This person will act as a point of contact for all issues pertaining to factory Vin and will work closely with engineering as well as IT teams to monitor, analyze, triage, and resolve issues. 






Basic Qualifications:



A BS degree in engineering, IT, or other related technical subject

Comfortable in working on computer for most of the day generating reports

3+ Years experience in OEM Telematics/Connected Services/Architecture

Expert in database communication language SQL with some experience in other programming language (Java) to automate reports

Other tools include Qlik Sense, Eclipse for Java, DB Visualizer

Strong analytical and technical skills

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Highly motivated & Team Player
