    About the Opportunity

    The ITSM Tool Suite Administrator will provide administration support of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool suite.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administration support of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool suite. Applicant will be required to provide services across the following ITSM modules: service desk; asset management; change management; knowledge management and service level management.
    • ITSM Tool Suite Administration, including manage license issuance and tracking; manage support and development licenses; application Configuration ITSM Tool Suite Development: including enhancing ITSM existing workflows; upgrading and maintaining ITSM applications; preparing system documentation on revised applications along with knowledge sharing.
    • Daily Responsibilities: Creating and administering accounts for ITSM applications; provide high level support to end users.
    • Reporting: maintaining ITSM reports per user specifications; publish reports; maintain performance measurement reports.

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science
    • Three to five years' experience leading complex Service Delivery projects
    • Extensive knowledge of BMC Remedy
    •  

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • HDI Certification or Equivalent
