Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

 

Your primary mission as the Director of Recruitment for DMI’s commercial business will be to drive the performance of our recruitment team and manage our ability to attract and hire top professionals. As the Director of Recruitment, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and execution of effective Recruiting Strategies. This will include the ability to partner with the Executive team, delivery team, and sales team. You will be responsible for evaluating the existing recruiting strategies with the intent of improving upon what already is working and implementing strategies designed to provide a world class recruiting organization. Leading, coaching, mentoring, training and complete professional development of our team of technical recruiters to enhance their daily performance is paramount.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:   

 

  • Lead, motivate, coach, mentor and develop a centralized national technical IT & Software recruiting team
  • Build, manage and consistently improve the recruiter-training to ensure the team is striving to achieve their assigned financial goals
  • Identify and implement key strategies that will facilitate organizational excellence, best practices and help the company achieve business objectives
  • Drive productivity goals and metrics to ensure consistent fulfillment and productivity across the team
  • Drive all quality processes as they relate to the recruiting team, inclusive of all content entered in our applicant tracking system
  • Drive recruitment strategy across the organization
  • Oversee recruitment services including company job board subscriptions, candidate focused branding, professional & social networking, candidate referrals and internal recruiting & sales staff recruiting
  • Manage all recruiting tools resources, continually reviewing cutting edge sources that will work into overall strategy
  • Ensure workforce planning efforts align with business needs, recruiting capacity model and corporate budget
  • Continue to define and improve recruiting capacity model to support business needs

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree and current work experience in a fast paced, high performing environment
  • Experience managing and growing recruiting teams of 4-8 technical recruiters
  • 10 years of experience in Recruiting; minimum 8 years managing recruiting team
  • Demonstrated success in an Information Technology Services firm with a proven track record of success in building a technical recruiting teams’ abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills
  • Self-initiated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed
  • Market knowledge of Indiana is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team
