About the Opportunity
The Financial Manager is the single POC for all financially-related actions, reports, and inquiries. The Financial Manager is responsible for: forecasting, monitoring, and reporting the costs of all IT services delivered under the BPA; performing data analysis to develop strategies and plans to optimize costs; ensuring all invoices are properly constructed and submitted in a timely manner; and ensuring that all financially-related reports meet the specified requirements of the Government. The Financial Manager will monitor the financial health of the BPA to also ensure overall alignment with the customer's budget formulation and capital planning process.

The Financial Manager shall have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or another related discipline, and shall have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
