About the Opportunity

The Performance Manager is the single POC for overall Contractor performance and quality assurance as specified in the performance measures and metrics contained in each BPA Order. The Performance Manager is responsible for service support and service delivery adjustments, corrections, and improvements by developing, implementing, and maintaining continual service improvement processes. The Performance Manager will report Contractor performance on a regularly scheduled basis and provide corrective action plans for any IT service that performs below its established standard. The Performance Manager ensures that customer feedback is collected and utilized to develop customer centric IT solutions, enabling continuous improvement of the customer experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's sprocess is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.
  • May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

    Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.



Education and Years of Experience: 

The Performance Manager shall have at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or another scientific or technical discipline, and shall have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience. 


Required Skills/Certifications: 

  • PMP certification is required
