    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support our Barcelona Team.

     

    Your primary mission as the Senior Human Resources Manager for DMI will be to partner with the Leadership and the Business Operations team to manage the recruiting process and administer human resource policies and procedures to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.

    This role will act as an advisor to drive success among different roles through the EMEA offices and coordinating with the international HR team in Cambodia. In addition the Senior Human Resources Manager will take part in defining the company strategy through being a link between market reality and best practices for HR, collect and analyze Recruiting HR data and work as a main advisor to leadership on change management, recruitment, impact compliance and performance. The Senior Human Resources Manager is the face of the team and responsible for effectively instilling the corporate culture, visions and values of the company.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Strategy
      • Helps with integration of EMEA offices and relation with US
      • Provide an external view of the market
      • Planning for HR department
      • Involved in change management
      • Identifies and coordinates internal communications
      • Recognizes and implements best practices
      • Defines strategy to become an employer of choice
      • Creates a high QA/Performance culture

      • Managing the onboarding process
      • Working visa management
      • Time reporting and PTO tracking
      • Benefit Administration
      • Defines the structure and storage of all documentation
      • Policy definition
      • Leaves (process, compliance, remuneration and compensation)

      • Management of Recruitment tool
      • Act as the Recruitment lead and manage the team
      • Manages Recruitment guidelines
      • Performs behavioral interviews
      • Leads the Job Posting process
      • Assists on Job Descriptions
      • Defines Recruitment Strategy

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred and 10+ years of experience in human resources
    • 10+ years in HR & Recruiting specifically
    • 8+ years leading international teams
    • Working knowledge of Spanish/Indian Labour Law and Employment Contracts
    • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages a strong plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting
    • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations
    • Experience in developing, implementing and coordinating human resource programs
    • Knowledge of benefits and immigration laws
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Highly organized and accurate attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment and manage competing demands
