Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Operations Manager to support the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) in Seaside, CA. The successful candidate will manage multiple technical teams, including Database, Web/Middleware, Mainframe, and Software Release, comprising a diverse staff of more than 20 personnel. Excellent communication skills and a unique blend of project management, personnel management, crisis management, and IT skills and expertise is required for this fast-paced leadership role, as well as the proven ability to support a high-profile, highly available 24x7x365 data center or similar enterprise infrastructure.
