DMI is seeking a full time Business Analyst I to carry out and support activities related to supporting Mobile Device Ordering and setup in support of an enterprise client. Carry out order entry of mobile device orders into vendor ordering portals, as part of service ordering and fulfillment team. Support troubleshooting of procurement issues, working with users and peers to ensure orders are entered in a timely way, and that order fulfillment is achieved. Work closely with vendors and customers to ensure order system changes or device catalog changes are communicated, and processes are managed so that any such changes do not impact delivery of devices or services. Support peripheral activities including audits of utilization, assets management of devices, reporting, or other support of mobile services delivery teams.
DMI’s NASA Headquarters Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) contract is a large program that provides high quality IT services across many areas of NASA utilizing technologies such as Java, .Net, Drupal, AWS, virtualization, MicroStrategy, ServiceNow, agile development, etc to enable NASA HQ customers to accomplish NASA’s mission. We support our customer’s vision to deliver reliable, innovative and respected IT solutions. Our team provides this support in the areas of Software Development and Testing, IT Engineering, IT Operations, Multimedia, Security, Project Management, Help Desk support, Strategy and Policy support, and Administrative support.
