    About the Opportunity

    DMI seeks a Senior IBMC Remedy Engineer to manage BMC Action Request System for a federal customer within the DC metro area.

     

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Execute and manage ARS business rules
    • Update/patch platform as require
    • Provide Tier III troubleshooting support
    • Manage all applicable interfaces to various systems, to include reporting, fax, MS offices and various other API calls
    • Experience working in an Agile Scrum Development environment

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience

    • 8-10+ years IT experience
    • 3+ years Remedy/Workflow experience
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
