    About the Opportunity

    DMI is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to hire the most talented individuals that are responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining enterprise technology solutions for companies around the world. 

     

    In this role you will source and screen candidates for our technical positions across the U.S. and international locations. In addition to identifying candidates, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure success through the entire recruiting process.  

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Develop an understanding of our  industry and our services  in order to fully grasp business requirements and develop strategies for recruitment of active and passive candidates
    • Conduct thorough candidate screening in order to pass along high quality candidates for manager review 
    • Leverage professional associations, social networks, online resources, employee referrals, and personal network in order to source and hire top talent 
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for consideration in current and future roles 
    • Use Boolean searches, sourcing tools, and other emerging technology to identify and engage potential candidate 
    • Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers prior to opening requisitions Update applicant tracking system throughout the process to keep candidate status accurate Actively participate in the Michigan technical community  

    Qualifications

    Requirements 

    • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience with competency in IT/technical recruiting, preferably with experience with consulting companies. 
    • Experience in both a corporate and agency environment 
    • Experience with utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proven experience with diverse sourcing tools and techniques 
    • Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills 
    • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies 
    • Strong track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for recruiting passive candidates
    • Focused on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams 
    • Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills 
    • A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service 
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills 
    • Self-starter, motivated and results oriented 
    • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast paced environment Interact as a team player in a fun and energetic environment
