    About the Opportunity

    Service Desk Analysts will answer calls, emails, and chats to fix the end user issues with software and hardware.

     

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:   

    • Answer Phone and email
    • Create and monitor service desk tickets
    • Support desktop technicians

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • HS Education
    • Technical training is desired
    • Candidate must have a secret/SSBI clearance at the time of hiring

    Required Skills/Certifications: Security plus CE

     

    Desired Skills/Certifications: ITIL foundations

     

    Physical Requirement(s):  N/A

     

    Min. Citizenship Status Required: US Citizen Only

     

    Additional Requirements:

    • Basic IT background and a secret SSBI clearance. Security Plus CE will be required within 6 months of candidate starting.
