    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full time Senior A/V Production Specialist to support Multimedia Support Team for a Federal Government customer on a long-term contract in the DC metro area.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Serves as the Team Lead responsible for collecting and compiling the task monthly status report, mentoring and training team members, and staff
    • Operate, support, maintain, and upgrade video teleconferencing (VTC) facilities and any audio teleconferencing bridge efforts to ensure timely availability and readiness

    • Provide graphic support (e.g., artwork, layout and design)

    • Produce and direct television programs and provide production planning, scheduling, scene preparation, script writing, voice over and equipment utilization assistance

    • Provide digital-based photography support

    • Design, create, format, store, catalog, and display computer-generated maps, charts, brochures, overlays and highly technical visuals for use in television productions, meetings, and live briefings and similar graphic products

    • Monitor appropriate cable and broadcast television news programming related to official DoD items of interest

    • Collect and disseminate all or some of the parts of any requested official programming

    • Provide video or media duplication of master recordings to the requesting officials

    • Collect any video or media related items of interest to the intelligence community and the DoD

    • Post media onto a secure data system/base for easy access by intelligence analysts and other DoD personnel with authorized access to such secure system

    • Serve as the single point of contact for the Visual Information Division (VID), directing all communications or requests for services to the appropriate area of responsibility within the VID

    • Provide conference room support within the VID, and other on or off-site facilities (i.e., preparation of all visual information, audio visual or video-conferencing related equipment and room set-up)

    • Maintain digital asset multimedia library and provide in-depth analysis of leading edge digital information dissemination technologies and resource sharing initiatives

     

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree, plus at least five years of directly related experience.

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client focus a must
    • Team Leader and Player

    Additional Requirements: TS/SCI security clearance required
