DMI is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a Project Control Analyst position for a multiple Federal government contracts. The individual will prepare work with Project Managers and back office support to analyze ETC and EAC, prepare monthly financial analysis, financial spreadsheets and reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate project setup for contract awards and subsequent mods
Manage subcontractor funding and coding and processing of vendor invoices
Support monthly close, ensure all costs accounting and revenue recognition is correct, prepare costs accruals and revenue adjustments as needed with necessary audit backup documentation
Support the preparation of monthly invoices, facilitate any labor corrections or vendor reclasses as necessary, prepare any contractually required financial reporting / financial deliverable support
