    About the Opportunity

    DMI is currently seeking to hire a Pricing Manager to provide the company with proposal support in responding to Federal IT procurement opportunities.

    The Manager will report to the VP, Pricing.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze proposal pricing requests as they are identified by the Business Development team,
    • Assist the Business Development team in determining the appropriate pricing strategy for each opportunity that is selected for bid
    • Analyze the competitive environment for each proposal
    • Develop cost and pricing models and strategies
    • Analyze reasonableness of prices submitted by subcontractors
    • Ensure pricing and cost compliance for each response submitted
    • Document the pricing basis of estimate and produce Cost and Pricing Volume as needed
    • Participate in price negotiations as may be requested
    • Develop and establish Pricing Policies and Procedures to be adopted throughout the organization


    Required Skills/Certifications:   

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 8+ years' experience performing similar duties in the Federal contracting environment
    • Ability to develop financial models in MS Excel using advanced modeling tools
    • Knowledge of various pricing methodologies for different contract types
    • Experience with complex pricing models
    • Experience interfacing with senior management levels and able to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Demonstrated understanding of the FAR and CAS
