    About the Opportunity


    DMI Is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to alternate as the POC for the Government shall be fully authorized and responsible for the contract requirements in instances where the AV/VTC Enterprise Program Manager is unavailable.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    The Deputy Program Manager possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments and participates as needed in all phases of the operation to include planning, analysis, testing, integration, and documentation phases. The Deputy Program Manager contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable and provides technical knowledge and systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. The Deputy Program Manager possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of professional sound systems and audio equipment, video projection and display systems, audio and video conferencing technologies as well as control systems and IP-based networks. The Deputy Program Manager must research and be able to understand new leading edge technologies and provide recommendations to the Government and provides life cycle refreshment projections for VTC infrastructure and AV equipment




    Education and Years of Experience:

    • Demonstrated 5 years of experience as a contract program manager.
    • Demonstrated 5 years of experience in planning, directing, and managing AV/VTC, or sales efforts in a similar-sized services organization to JSP.
    • Demonstrated 5 years of experience in management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
    • Demonstrated 5 years of experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the FAR.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices.  

    Required Skills/Certifications: 

    • TS/SCI eligible clearance required
