    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Salesforce Architect to support our Platform Solutions team.

     

    Do you have an affinity for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies to solve business challenges?  If you have experience in evaluating new functionality, defining and architecting a path forward for adoption across an enterprise, and driving business transformation from old technology to new, then we can't wait to meet you.

    What You Can Expect

    As a Salesforce.com Architect, you'll evaluate new functionality released by Salesforce against the  business requirements of an enterprise client, to determine if the technology is a fit, and how to make it a reality while staying aligned with enterprise architectural standards of devops, governance, authentication, accessibility, patterns, and practices.  Your ability to plan for the utilization of new features that align to common business needs will help with adoption of the platform.  In addition, you'll assist in defining and executing proof of concepts by analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing POCs in Salesforce.com. Your ability to think at both a macro and micro level will be key to ensuring a successful rollout of new features and functionality.

    On a given evaluation, you'll successfully architect solutions that integrate with other key enterprise systems, as well as provide technical design, instruction, docume ntation, and guidance, to ensure successful adoptio . You'll work closely with key technical and business stakeholders to continually refine a roadmap for rolling out new capabilities, as well as defining the related success criteria for each component.

    As new functionality is approved and released for consumption, you will define a path to migrate from legacy solutions to new solutions (e.g. Classic to Lightning; Custom solution to Lightning). 

     

     

    Our Must Have List

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of Salesforce.com enterprise-wide experience
    • Salesforce Administration experience
    • Experience with Salesforce Classic (APEX, Visualforce) and Lightning development
    • Automation experience with Process Builder, Flow, Workflow, and Approvals
    • Knowledge of Salesforce's Einstein capabilities
    • Experience with creating and consuming standard web services (REST, SOAP) to integ rate Salesforce with other solutions via enterprise integration frameworks that align to SOA Best Practices
    • Knowledge of JavaScript UI frameworks
    • Good understanding of design patterns, devops processes and engineering best practices
    • Experience working within an Agile development framework
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
