    About the Opportunity

    DMI is seeking a full-time Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Recruiting Team.

     

    What You Can Expect

    The Senior Technical Recruiter is a relationship builder and a team player driven to contribute to DMI’s reputation, growth and success.  Your mission: to build an active database of qualified candidates, develop and maintain relationships, partner with hiring managers and company leaders, and ensure that every candidate has an awesome experience with DMI.  

     

    • Proactively identify candidates through various recruiting sources including networking, sourcing, online postings, and referrals
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating/closing) for multiple technical and business positions
    • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with active and passive candidates
    • Communicate effectively and quickly grasp business and technical concepts
    • Use consultative skills to partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
    • Present and report candidate status to management
    • Participate in building the best practices for recruiting 

    Qualifications

    Our Must Have List:

    • 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for all levels
    • Understand the latest trends in application & software development
    • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency to take initiative
    • Skillful communicator; able to understand and convey technical information
    • Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team
    • Detail oriented and sound independent judgment
    • BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
