    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for an Agile Business Analyst/Project Manager for a Federal Government customer on a fast-paced and rewarding contract in the Lakewood, CO area.
    The Agile Business Analyst (BA) will act as the interpreter between the worlds of IT and business. This position is within the context of an Agile team employing Scrum development framework. Agile BA must understand Software Development Life Cycle, able to communicate effectively with the stakeholders, document requirements, Manage Resources and project deliverables.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Face to face, collaborate with Product Owner, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to understand the enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts and translate that into the product backlog.
    • Define detailed stories with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and technology team.
    • Create and manage a backlog of clearly defined and prioritized user stories.
    • Work closely with developers and testers to support the Agile development process.
    • Ensure that the team understands requirements to successfully meet business goals.
    • Inform Product Owner if changes occur that will impact delivery to the business.
    • Construct sound, logical business improvements consistent with Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and system architecture objectives.
    • Communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups.
    • Manage project teams and ensure requirements are translated to robust software products.
    • Manage resources, budgets and resolve conflicts.
    • Provide periodic reports to stakeholders, Management and monitor the progress of projects, take remedial actions where necessary.
    • Good understading of Oracel SOA, Web Services 
    • Exposure to Java, Angular, .Net technologies



    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 8+ years of experience. 

    Required Skills/Certifications: 

    • Through knowledge of .Net, Java, Oracle.
    • Ability to create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)
    • Agile Scrum Master

     Desired Skills/Certifications: 

    • Through understanding of Network
    • Thorough understanding of Infrastructure
