    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full time Financial Systems Administrator that will primarily support Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time and Expense, ADP PayForce and Reports, Cognos, and TM1. Responsibilities include application maintenance, user set-ups, troubleshooting, developing and managing custom reports, issue analysis and resolution, and other duties as assigned.


    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Provide daily support and administration of the applications listed above
    • Support technical upgrades or patches through testing and troubleshooting prior to applying system changes
    • Provide technical support and analysis to various departments for special projects as assigned including system migration and implementation
    • Coordinate with consultant to support and maintain application customizations
    • Ensures overall data integrity by maintaining key internal control processes and reconciliations
    • Implement and maintain security access to Costpoint as well as any future financial application systems
    • Coordinate with the report writer as needed to facilitate the creation and improvement of reports and queries, as well as manage the Costpoint tables and provide direction on complicated reports to ensure proper tables are being used
    • Coordinate among groups for cross functional issue resolution
    • Provide technical support for system conversions
    • Other duties as assigned



    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years business experience
    • 3-5 years experience with Deltek Costpoint as an administrator and/or functional expert
    • Strong working knowledge of Costpoint
    • Strong working knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and to respond to changing business needs
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Desired Skills/Certifications:

    • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server a plus
    • Experience using Cognos Report Writer a plus
