    About the Opportunity

    Under the Joint Service Provider (JSP), Infrastructure Operations (JP312) at the Pentagon, the Infrastructure Support Services Analyst provides rack access, surveillance, and escort support within the Consolidated Server Rooms (CSRs).

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:   

    • Escorts Pentagon tenants and vendors into the Infrastructure Facility Rooms and racks
    • Monitors surveillance cameras in CSRs to ensure all tenant activities are in compliance with JSP guidelines (e.g., CRQ/INC, JSP install/decommission processes, Rules of Engagement (ROE))
    • Supports authorized and emergency power and HVAC outages at the Pentagon
    • Opens ASIs bridge lines during outages
    • Supports JP312 Power SME with outages and daily actives (change management, system admin, Infrastructure Facility Room escorts)
    • Operates rack surveillance system, S2. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating/running reports, generating new accounts, granting access to groups and/or individuals, removing users, setting account expiration dates.
    • Monitors CSRs and ensures all work has appropriate documentation, CRQ/INC
    • Generates daily reports to track CSR activities, changes, and incidents
    • Required to log-in to Infrastructure Support Services Work Center (ISSWC) time-clock SharePoint page at the beginning and end of every shift

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of specialized experience in related field. Preferred Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 2 years of directly related experience.

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Self-Motivated/ Self starter
    • Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with JP312 ISSWC and JP312 Operations Manager
    • Effective time management skills
    • Ability to anticipate problems & take decisive action
    • Familiarity with JSP or similar DOD environment
    • Ability to use SharePoint
    • Ability to communicate with tenants/customers as well as coworkers

    Required Clearance:

    • DoD Secret clearance required, TS-SCI preferred

    Physical Requirement(s):  Ability to stand for extended periods of time and walk throughout the Pentagon.

     

    Location: Pentagon

     

    Hours: Tuesday - Saturday: 0700-1500
