    What You Can Expect

    As a Project Manager, you’ll have ownership over the successful development, implementation and delivery of client projects and the management of all resources and deliverables of the project teams.

    As a consultant leader, you’ll empower teams, develop a high-trust environment, be technologically curious and a continuous learner. You’ll have high emotional intelligence and compelling presentation skills. You can bring clarity out of chaos in a room full of stakeholders by taking the marker and facilitating the path forward. You take on clearing impediments for the team. You have a high attention to detail because your team and client depend on it.

    You’ll have an exciting first project leading a team to implement an emerging software solution. You’ll become an expert on implementing this solution. You are a servant leader who will eagerly grow your competency and versatility in the solution to take on project tasks.


    Your PM toolkit: Decision facilitation, Risk and Issue Management, Scheduling, Forecasting, Budget Management, PMBOK Knowledge Areas, Conflict Management, Reporting


    Our Must Have List

    5+ years of successful IT software implementations as key contributor and team lead

    1+ years of project management experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field


    Desired, but Not Required

    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification


    Business Analysis and Process design

    Experience working in a top tier consulting firm
