    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Financial Analyst, Corporate Development to support its aggressive M&A strategy


    In the Financial Analyst, Corporate Development role with DMI, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, influence and achieve with the world’s only end to end mobility services company. This could be your opportunity to take a role that requires a high level of skill and expertise, and a higher level of responsibility.

    As a member of the Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for performing financial and strategic analyses as part of DMI’s strategic growth process. You will play a key role in preparing financial models and analyzing data. You will participate in many components of the valuation, deal-structuring, and due diligence process and interact with senior-level executives and advisors. You will assist with evaluating potential acquisitions, divestitures, alliances and strategic investments.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Participate in M&A strategy development and M&A pipeline development
    • Analyze target companies’ service offerings, strategy, management teams, financial position, and forecasts to develop a view on acquisition candidates consistent with DMI M&A strategy
    • Develop operating financial models to evaluate a target’s financial projections and perform comprehensive financial valuations involving discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, and comparable company/transaction analyses
    • Work with DMI Corporate FP&A to determine impact of acquisition to DMI P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and debt covenants
    • Assist in valuation and deal structuring
    • Assist in the development and presentation to shareholders and lenders the business case supporting the acquisition and recommend valuation of potential targets to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders
    • Manage a broad cross functional due diligence process
    • Participate in legal negotiations regarding transaction-related contracts with in-house and external counsel
    • Plan and participate in post-closing integration efforts
    • Monitor industry M&A development and assess implications for DMI


    Education and Years of Experience:

    • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
    • Two to 4 years of relevant experience
    • M&A experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital or private equity
    • Technology Services experience preferred


    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to synthesize and summarize detailed information for presentation to executives for decision-making
