    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Program/Financial Analyst to provide operational and financial management support for a Federal Government customer on a fast-paced and rewarding contract in the DC Metro area. As a Program/Financial analyst, the candidate will support the Program Manager, ensuring that management and administration of the program is smooth and on time. Candidate will support ad-hoc and special projects driven by the dynamic nature of our mission critical customer.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage program financial reporting and forecasting to include burn rate, estimated profit/loss
    • Review and validate cellular phone invoices, reconcile asset counts, and provide dispute management support, as required
    • Act as the team liaison to corporate support functions, such as Procurement, Contracts, and Accounting
    • Coordinate and prepare routine program-level report and deliverables, such as Monthly and Financial Review reports


    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • BS/BA with 3-5 years of financial experience 

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Ability to work in a highly politial and dynamic environment
    • Ability to prioritize and lead team in accomplishment of multiple simultaneous complex activities
    • Self-starter - willing to take initiative, learn and fill in the gaps to ensure the team and mission is accomplished
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Proficient with MS Office suite, specifially Excel. Must be able to manipulate summarize and analyze large data files

    Desired Skills/Certifications: 

    • Experience as a customer advocate
    • Experience with conflict/dispute mediation
    • Experience with Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility
