    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Sr. Business Analyst/Trainer to support to support our Federal Government customer at its corporate headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of enterprise Grants management system.
    • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
    • Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
    • Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs
    • Prepares project documentation like meeting minutes, business process documents and other process workflow diagrams as required
    • Assist the project manager/project leads with project closeout activities
    • Determine training methodologies and create training plans to support specific training missions or requirements
    • Assist the help desk as Tier I and Tier II support.
    • As business analyst assist user community and help desk support with questions and change requests
    • Create and maintain training materials and documentation for the system end users and conduct training as requested.
    • Deliver classroom and ad hoc training as needed by the customer.
    • Works with team lead to identify and understand customer expectations.

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Candidate must have a BS degree or MS degree.
    • Eight to Ten years of experience working with web based applications in the areas of requirements gathering.
