    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Senior Developer to support one of our clients in Cincinnati, OH.

     

    Duties, Responsibilities, skills & certifications:

    As a Senior Developer, you will be expected to become an expert on multiple facets of the platform, providing deep technical expertise on a continually evolving platform, which may include:

    • Chatbot design and development
    • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) deflection
    • Apple Business Chat (ABC) and Google Rich Business Messaging (GRBM) development
    • Pattern and intent development using Regex
    • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning configurations and integrations
    • Enterprise system integrations

     

    You are both business focused and tech savvy, which means you can easily communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, answer questions from customers, and provide efficient technical solutions to problems.

     

    Project teams and clients are spread across multiple locations and times zones, so active and effective communication is essential, which means you will engage with your project team regularly – keeping a positive team environment top of mind. You will be a mentor to new project members and junior developers.

     

    The platform capabilities continue to grow as the industry evolves, so keeping up-to-date is essential. To keep at the top of your field, you will remain current on industry and technology trends, the competitive landscape, and new platform capabilities. Best practices and guidelines will be actively maintained.

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience:  

    • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field
    • 6+ years of professional development experience
    • Able to interface with clients, providing thought leadership and best-practices
    • Can quickly gain a good understanding of business challenges and how the platform capabilities can be leveraged to solve those challenges
    • Responsible for coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for LiveEngage platform solutions
    • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction
    • Experience with nodeJS and Javascript
    • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
    • Experience integrating with third party API’s
    • Use of version control systems, specifically Git
    • Quickly researching and learning new programming tools and techniques
    • Communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
    • Ability to learn new and emerging technologies
    • Detail oriented and highly organized

     

    Desired Requirement(s): 

    • Experience with jQuery and AngularJS/IO
    • Experience with AWS
    • Experience with Docker Images / Containers
    • Experience developing on software platforms such as ServiceNow, SalesForce, or SharePoint
    • Experience developing projects in the Customer Service or Call Center industry
    • Experience working in a consulting firm
    • Experience with the Gsuite tools
