    About the Opportunity

    DMI is looking for a Procurement Services Lead to join the Managed Services Group. The Procurement Services Lead for carrier order processing. The Lead also performs data entry from portals to carrier order systems for submitted client orders. Responsible for client escalations, team training and reporting of team performance metrics to management and account management. The Team Lead will measure accuracy, efficiency and updating our portals with processed data.

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management as directed
    • Provide team escalation point for client issues or service incidents, escalate to team manager as needed
    • Provide training and assistance to procurement team and provide ongoing training to team, account managers and clients as needed
    • Process all submitted orders in a timely and accurate manner according to standard processes. Updates iCore based on submitted orders
    • Provides client and internal reporting in a timely manner
    • Assists with research and troubleshooting efforts for escalated submitted orders
    • Provides timely and courteous response to both internal and external customer inquiry and requests
    • Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports integrated mobile’s standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and the code of ethical behavior

    Qualifications

     

    Education and Years of Experience:  

    • Associates’ degree or 3-5 years’ related experience required
    • Passion for customer service, strong ability to drive service improvement and operational effectiveness
    • Strong and clear written and verbal communication experience with exceptional follow-up skills
    • Able to develop short- and long-term goals
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be receptive to and able to drive change
    • Ability to multi-task
