    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is looking for an Customer Service Representative to join the Managed Services Group. The Procurement Service Representative works in coordination with both the Procurement team and the Logistics team to successfully deliver client services. The Procurement Service Representative is responsible for the entire lifecycle of mobility orders, including but not limited to managing order queues, placing orders within carrier systems, handling order escalations, and completing orders with required information. Orders include new activations, upgrades, ports, transfer of liabilities, feature changes, deactivations, and device swaps. The Procurement Rep will also help with the Logistics team as needed, which includes device imaging, deployments and device shipping.

     

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Develops and coordinates daily activities for client orders, deployments and device imaging
    • Manages daily work load and communicates expectations to appropriate parties
    • Processes orders within carrier tools to the client’s specification
    • Manages order queue and ensures proper placement within carrier tools
    • Communicates client requirements to appropriate personnel (both internal and external)
    • Works with the training department and technical writer to document the approved processes for each client and device
    • Provides change management leadership for the technical specifications of client order processes

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience:

    • High school diploma or the equivalent
    • Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience required
