    About the Opportunity

    DMI is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our International HR team and support the local team in Cambodia.

    The role

    You will be part of DMI Human Resources International team supporting the day to day Human Resources activities, with focus on human resources process administration and employment contracts. This position is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

     

    You have a good written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English. You can expect an environment where you can learn a lot, not only about HR, but also how the mobile business works in all its aspects.     Tasks & Responsibilities may include

     

    • Administrative support on HR policies and procedures
    • HR internal reporting to International team
    • HR legal compliance processes (employee declaration, quota, work permits/workbook), HR Audit, Business VISAs, and Expat arrangements
    • Employment contracts
    • Support on on boarding and out boarding, health insurance administration,
    • Travel arrangements
    • Language Lessons (in-house training)
    • Maintain employee files updated
    • Support recruitment process, including interview scheduling and other
    • Support performance management and other HR process.
    • Support on Payroll updates
    • Internal events and projects
    • Employee relations
    • Other as needed

    Qualifications

    Skills & experience

    • Experience in Human Resources and Employment Contracts (+ 3 years)
    • Bachelor's degree or similar in a related field (Human Resources, Business, Labour Relations, other)
    • Ability to communicate in a team environment using English and Khmer (reading, writing and verbally)
    • Knowledge of Cambodia labour law and compliance
    • Experience working in an international environment
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Highly organized and accurate attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment and manage competing demands
