About the Opportunity

The Continual Service Improvement Manager shall be responsible for implementing improvements across the program including service and process improvements and interfacing with process/service owners/managers that are responsible for delivery of those services/practices/processes in CCS.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • ITIL Intermediate Level Certified. 
  • Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.
  • Experience driving process improvements, baselining and tracking service improvements and reporting gained efficiencies on a contract 

Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

  • ITIL Expert Level Certified. 
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • Experience delivering quantifiable process improvement providing managed services on a contract with a large Government agency.
  • Demonstrative experience implementing and tracking the performance of process and service improvements which incorporated User-centered and/or Human-centered design
  • A relevant educational degree
  • This position requires an active Secret clearance
