About the Opportunity

DMI is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & F&O Architect to support a civilian customer in Annapolis, MD



  • Must have proven strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must have previously assumed the role of Dynamics 365 Subject Matter Expert with clients and be point person to communicate with multiple departments and staff levels
  • Must have strong hands on expertise in financial modules understanding AR, AP, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, posting rules, journal entries, transaction types, cash management, bank reconciliation and WIP.
  • Must have strong hands on expertise in banking and/or insurance
  • Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementations in Microsoft Azure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) 8.0, 8.1 & 10.0.5
  • Experience with Integrated Services
  • Experience with Integrated Reporting Service
  • Experience with Power Apps
  • Hands on experience in deploying a cloud hosted Dynamics 365 environment on Microsoft Azure
  • At least two (2) years’ experience work with Dynamics 365 CRM & Financials and Operations (F&O)



  • Minimum (5) years’ experience as a Business Solutions Architect with strong Technical & Functional experience.   
  • Minimum (5) years’ experience with designing Enterprise Architecture both for Cloud & On-Premise large-scale business applications
  • Minimum (2) years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O
  • Minimum (10) years’ as a Microsoft Developer
  • After the Covid-19 ban is lifted, must work on-site in Annapolis, MD
  • Must have worked in a Banking and or Insurance environments
  • Must pass the client’s background check prior to offer


Education: Bachelor’s degree in computational/programming, or related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
