About the Opportunity

DMI is currently seeking to hire a Mobile Lifecycle Program Manager to lead our prestigious Mobile Device Management efforts for a federal customer in the DC area. The Mobile Lifecycle PM will work closely with team members across DMI to scope, staff, and deliver projects to our customer and help us grow the federal MDM practice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support a team of Mobile Device Management engineers and technicians that provide support to MDM Operations on the XenMobile10 platform residing in a FedRamp Cloud environment.

* The 3500 Mobile Devices are provisioned and managed by her team and includes service levels of 99.9% availability 24x7x365. 

* Experience with Mobile Refresh experience

 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and resolve multiple customer inquiries at once
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Experience in scope estimation, planning, and use of project management tools, cost and schedule management.
  • Works well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate and edit internal process document and process flows
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving are required skills
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to create project plans and manage resource allocations per phase/tasks
  • Initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner
  • Excellent time management skills (ability to set priorities and manage to them)
  • Strong attention to detail
