About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) is seeking a Help Desk Specialist. 



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provides telephone and in-person support to users in the areas of directories, standard Windows
  • desktop applications, and applications developed under this Contract or predecessors. Serves as the initial
  • point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.


Required Certification and Clearance:



  • CompTIA Security Plus Certification
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • 5 years’ experience is preferred, but we will consider you if you have two or more years.
