About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Property Book Assistant

Qualifications

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs property book accountability tasks.
  • Inventories all equipment and software for accountability.  
  • Assist Government Property Book Manager with ensuring compliance with US Army regulations; writes, updates and tests SOPs; completion of hand receipts and equipment issue; disposal of equipment; removal of items from property book; and audits.

 

 

Required Skills and Security Clearance:

 

  • Must have experience working with Army property book policies, procedures, operation, and implementation.
  • Must have experience briefing senior Government and military leadership
  • Must be a proficient communicator
  • Must be able to work as a member of a diverse team on site as well as remotely
  • Must have Secret Clearance, or ability to qualify and pass background check

Education

      Minimum Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience

Remote Work:

     You may only be required to come in the office 2 days a week. Most of the time you will work remote.
