DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support our client in Baltimore, Maryland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer interacts with other Maryland State Agencies in various ways: providing services, providing access to IT contracts, and performing IT governance and oversight functions, among others. In the past 18 months Customer has undergone significant operational changes by implementing a new business model and launching the Portfolio Office to manage the business relationships between Customer and other agencies, as well as significant restructuring of service operations teams. These changes spawned new business and operational processes which are now in various stages of maturity and are largely inadequately documented. As part of a project to mature and improve those processes, Customer is seeking the assistance of a competent Business Analyst resource.
