About the Opportunity

The ISSO/Security Manager shall be responsible for all areas of IT security/ISSO support and assist the Domestic Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in managing the risk of operating SBU and Secret classified operating environment as well as monitoring the organization's and supported groups IT systems.

 

It is required that the ISSO/Security Manager have the following experience, qualifications and certifications:

 

  • Must have one of the certifications from IAM Level II or IAT Level II. (Sec+ or equivalent/higher)
  • Experience managing cyber security/ISSO support for a large Government agency.
  • Experience managing personnel and meeting deliverables deadlines.
  • Managing Modern Desktops Associate (MD-100 and MD-101)
  • MS Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500)
  • ITIL Intermediate Level Certified
  • Active Top Secret clearance

Qualifications

It is desirable that the ISSO/Security Manager has the following experience, qualifications and certifications:

  • Experience managing DOS cybersecurity posture and/or ISSO support and security management at a large Government agency.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity, security controls and performing audits in off-premise/cloud environments and systems.
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
  • A relevant educational degree.
