Title: SAP Customer Experience Commerce - Hybris Developer/ Software Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, California

Position: Full time

We are interested in professionals with strong SAP CX Commerce (Hybris Commerce) background who can provide consulting services to our clients to join our development/technical team: The ideal candidate should have prior experience in developing Digital Commerce web applications on the SAP Customer Experience/SAP Hybris or other leading digital commerce platform like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware)/Oracle Commerce (ATG). You will be a major contributor in shaping our Digital Commerce offerings to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with the Pragiti team on new projects, from initial interaction with stakeholders during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed project.
• Leading/actively participating the technical direction during design and development phase
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing cutting edge digital commerce solutions targeting a variety of customer models including B2B, B2C and B2E engagements
• Keep updating and continuously learning the new technologies and developments in the digital commerce space
• Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects to develop programs and systems that function as intended.
• Work with third party entities and other teams on new cutting-edge products and solutions
• Requirement gathering, analysis and implementation of technical solutions
• Understanding the current Hybris system implementation and customizations
• Researching and analysis of new features and functionality
• Overseeing upgrades, releases and security patches
• Work on integration with SSO, PIM, Payment Gateways, SAP/other ERP and any other systems for end-to-end system implementation.
• Comply with corporate branding, infrastructure and security guidelines.
• Troubleshooting and bug fixing issue
• Review the code and provide feedback to the team.
• Working with Agile project methodology, JIRA and Confluence.

Technical Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2-6 years Expertise in multiple technology platforms: Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JavaScript, XML
• Ability to define, create, and complete a technical task without guidance.
• Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements
• Experience in Full lifecycle software development processes and methods.
• Strong communications skills a must.
• Open to travel.
