DMI, LLC is seeking a Application Development Expert F&O to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops enterprise level applications and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and
interfaces, functions and features. Provides expertise, training and resources following the integration of
applications. Determines specifications, plans and designs to develop enhancements and upgrades to current
software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes – either individually or with a team. Assists
in resolving support problems.
Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code
reuse. Has in-depth knowledge of the current programming languages and plans an efficient approach to designing,
coding, testing and debugging programs. Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of
current application development methodologies. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies
and possible application to the business. Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical
technical resource in Microsoft Enterprise F&O applications.
Education and Years of Experience: Preference for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other
related field or equivalent work experience.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: :
At least seven (7) years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise 365 customer management applications (CRM)
• At least four (4) years’ experience developing custom modules using .NET or .ASP with Visual Studio, C#, SQL,
MS SQL Server, and TFS
• At least four (4) years’ experience developing ETL programs using Microsoft Integration services, Visual
Studio. C#/C, SQL, and MS SQL Server
• At least two (2) years’ experience defining business solutions and setting up operations parameters and
workflows in Microsoft Dynamics R3 or Enterprise 365
• At least two (2) years’ experience setting up security roles in Microsoft Dynamics R3 or Enterprise 365
• At least two (2) years’ experience setting up custom overlays or extensions in Microsoft Dynamics R3 or
Enterprise 365
• At least one (1) years’ experience managing and monitoring Dynamics applications.
• At least four (4) years’ experience converting legacy data from flat files and into an ERP system using
Microsoft Integration Services, Microsoft Data Quality Services, and Microsoft Access
• At least one (1) year of experience as a store procedure programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of
computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
Additional Requirements:
• At least one (1) years’ experience working with Microsoft Power BI/App
• Experience with SQL Server 2022 and data encryption at rest
• At least one (1) year experience developing reports as needed using SQL Server reporting and Microsoft
PowerAPP tools.
