Software Engineer

Full-time professional position at CW Professional Services’ business office located in Detroit, MI with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US expected.

Expected frequency of travel: about once every three months.

Duties:

• Contribute in the Software development life cycle (SDLC) of applications from the design phase to the implementation phase, testing, Deployment, and maintenance phase.
• Design and develop middle-tier business logic using C#, vb.net and ASP.NET.
• Design dynamic web pages using Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and use ASP.NET MVC architecture for website development.
• Implement Optimized Stored Procedures, Database Triggers, Views, and Indexes using T-SQL in SQL Server.
• Implement changes to existing web applications according to the requirements received from the end users.
• Execute Unit Testing, Regression Testing, and Load Testing on the modules according to the requirements and development standards.
• Involve in code reviews and pair programming.
• Monitor the functioning of equipment to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications.        

Requires:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 3 year of experience in the job offered or a related software developer position. Foreign degrees are acceptable.

Specific Technical Requirements: 

3 years of verifiable experience performing software development duties employing the following technical tools: C#, ASP.NET, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, SQL
