About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr Manager, Customer Success. Account Delivery and Operations to join us. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Job Description

• Serve as delivery leader for strategic accounts with focus on managing growth, leveraging best practices and a fostering a high-performance culture.

• A background in IT consulting is required and the ideal candidate will have successful leadership experience in a professional services role/company.

• Proven technology leader with background in driving growth and building a strong consulting base with emphasis on establishing deep expertise and practices within DMI teams working on behalf of our customers.

• Essential are the abilities to establish and drive performance for a strong talent base, consulting capabilities, and delivery excellence for connected services.

• This role will require a hands-on approach and involvement across all levels of the business.

• The ideal candidate Is driven by and passionate about building high performance teams and organizations that are Customer focused with extensive skills and experience identifying competitive capabilities and talent required for Customer success. Scope of Responsibilities

• Work and consult in Customer environment to advance key initiatives with the ability to perform a consulting/billable role when necessary, potentially up to a 50% utilization.

• Lead and manage consultants at DMI Customers proactively addressing issues, compensation, work authorization, and other employee related matters.

• Support building and delivery of DMI capabilities and provide delivery oversight to ensure customer outcomes are successfully met.

• Responsible for building competency and talent base for the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit within both connected services and traditional IT environments. Work with senior leadership team to understand customer needs/opportunities, assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and work with practice leads, partners, and recruiting to fulfill those needs.

• Work with sales team to proactively identify, solution, and propose core capabilities required to deliver on Customers high-priority and strategic programs.

• Develop Proposals, SOWs and Account plans as necessary to support the organization.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

 

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

 

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years IT consulting and professional services experience and in-depth industry knowledge and experience in modern technology, delivery, and operational models.

• Has been in a hands-on technical consulting and delivery role and maintains technical relevancy.

• Has marketable and competitive consulting expertise in which DMI Customers will benefit through a billable role. Ability to be onsite at DMI Customer a minimum of 2 days a week.

• Experience in working in all aspects of professional services/consulting organizations including business development, account management, talent management, solution development, project delivery, and operations.

• Strong track-record and history in building high-performance delivery teams.

• Extensive experience identifying, profiling, and hiring critical talent in which you were responsible for the outcomes for high-profile and critical programs/projects, and building professional services capability.

• Extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise software (strategy, plan, build, deploy, operate), methodologies and frameworks, and a strong understanding of the skills and levels of experience needed for modern technology services.

• Skills and extensive experience in program and project management.

• Coaches and mentor’s leaders in growing talent.

• Strong Customer relationship skills with proven track record in successfully building trusted relationships and strategic growth and successful outcomes for DMI Customers.

• Previous Automotive or Manufacturing experience with preference in Automotive Connected Services domain.
